Our organic culinary or Food Garlic is the same exact garlic that we sell as seed. These are just the smaller bulbs we do not sell as seed garlic but they are perfectly good to eat! You can still plant the smaller cloves of the food garlic, they just may not grow as big as the premium quality garlic that we sell as seed.

The Garlic Mincer is handmade in Hood River, Oregon by artist Ken Lolley. Each piece is signed by the artist. The Garlic Mincer is a 7" dish with serrated teeth for crushing the garlic clove, add olive oil and balsamic vinegar to dip your favorite bread into. The Garlic Gift Pack makes a wonderful gift for that garlic lover on your gift list. The organic garlic is grown by us at Hood River Garlic and the Garlic mincer is made in Hood River, Oregon, USA.
